Tee times must be cancelled online or over the phone. A 24-hour cancellation policy is always in effect. If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the reserved simulator time, the full rate will not be refunded.

CHESSIE’S GOLF CLUB RESERVATION, SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER 1. Reservations Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each reservation is valid only for the time and duration booked. Extensions are subject to availability. Guests must arrive on time to receive the full duration of their reservation. General public reservations may be booked up to 5 days in advance. 2. Guest Limits A maximum of 6 guests per simulator bay, per reservation is permitted. Parties exceeding 6 guests must reserve additional bays. All guests, including spectators, must comply with facility rules and staff instructions. 3. Assumption of Risk Golf and indoor golf simulator activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from swinging golf clubs, flying golf balls, contact with other participants, slips and falls, equipment malfunction, and misuse of golf or simulator equipment. By entering the facility or participating in any activity, guests acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume the risks associated with their participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law. 4. Personal Responsibility & Safety All guests are responsible for their own conduct and for using golf clubs, simulator equipment, and other facility property safely and appropriately. Guests must maintain a safe distance from anyone swinging a club, remain within designated areas, follow posted safety instructions, and comply with all directions from Chessie’s Golf Club staff. Chessie’s Golf Club reserves the right to immediately stop any activity and require any guest engaging in unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior to leave the facility. 5. Personal Injury & Liability Release Guests participate at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, guests agree to release and hold harmless Chessie’s Golf Club, its owners, operators, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in golf activities or use of the facility, including risks inherent in these activities. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. 6. Equipment Damage & Property Guests must use all simulator equipment, golf clubs, screens, sensors, computers, furniture, and other facility property responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Guests may be held financially responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by their intentional misconduct, negligence, reckless behavior, or use of equipment contrary to posted instructions. Guests must immediately report damaged equipment, malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or accidental damage to staff. Guests must not attempt to repair or adjust simulator equipment themselves. Chessie’s Golf Club is not responsible for damage to guests’ personal golf clubs, equipment, or other belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 7. Minors Participants under 18 must have permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or legal guardian in accordance with facility rules. A parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement on behalf of a minor under their lawful authority before the minor participates. The parent or legal guardian acknowledges the risks of participation and agrees to the terms of this policy on the minor’s behalf to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. Rule Enforcement Chessie’s Golf Club reserves the right to deny access, suspend play, or require guests to leave for violations of this policy, unsafe conduct, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow staff instructions. Refunds for interrupted or terminated sessions will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law. 9. Acceptance of Policy, Liability Waiver & Guest Responsibility By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Reservation, Safety & Liability Policy. This document serves as the liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement for Chessie’s Golf Club. No separate written liability waiver is required unless otherwise specified by Chessie’s Golf Club. I understand that participation in indoor golf, golf simulator activities, and use of the facility involves inherent risks of personal injury, property damage, and equipment damage. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation and agree to the release and liability provisions contained in this agreement. As the individual making the reservation, I accept responsibility for informing all guests in my party of the facility’s rules, safety requirements, and applicable policies. I agree to take reasonable steps to ensure that my guests comply with these requirements and use the facility and equipment responsibly. I understand that I may be held financially responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage caused by my own actions or by guests in my party where I am legally responsible for that damage. Each guest remains responsible for their own conduct and for any obligations that may legally apply to them. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this waiver on my own behalf and, where I have lawful authority to do so, on behalf of any minor for whom I am a parent or legal guardian. I understand that I cannot waive the independent legal rights of another adult merely by making a reservation on their behalf. I confirm that I have had the opportunity to read this agreement, ask questions, and understand that signing it may affect my legal rights. I sign voluntarily and agree to comply with all Chessie’s Golf Club policies.

Memberships are for the individual named on the membership and are non-transferable. Membership benefits, simulator time, discounts, and other perks are subject to the terms of the selected membership level. Simulator reservations are required and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for arriving on time and respecting their scheduled reservation. Repeated no-shows or excessive cancellations may result in loss of reservation privileges. Memberships are billed according to the selected membership plan and remain active until canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Chessie’s Golf Club reserves the right to modify membership benefits, policies, hours, and pricing when necessary. Members will be notified of significant changes. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and agree to follow all Chessie’s Golf Club rules and facility guidelines.
